Absoluteley fine location, marred by traffic noise, made sleep elusive. The breakfast was a joke, with sugary yogurt and questionable canned fruit. I expected at least a complimentary drink for the inconveniences, but was treated like everyone else. I almost gave a great review, but just couldn't, due to these eye-rolling issues.

The unit was absolutely perfect.
There was Wi-Fi in the rooms and the service in general was good. Besides, I was able to park in the hotel. It was in a marvellous location just next door to Slane Castle, and all the historic sites of which there where a considerable number, from prehistoric to more recent. Had brunch in the Holsteins, located nearby.

The room felt actually comfortable with a decent atmosphere. A large fan provided some relief in the stuffy environment during the winter.
The coach room turned out to be in a separate building, which involved maneuvering through coded gates-a bit disorienting. The absence of windows meant the room lacked ventilation. Noise from patrons returning late at night was disruptive, and minor issues included a broken chair and an unresponsive TV. Additional concerns arose with a non-functional coffee machine and awkward windows that wouldn't stay open, resulting in traffic noise early in the morning.

The room was fine, but the carpet was dirty.

The room had a cozy atmosphere with high-quality linens. The heater worked efficiently, keeping the place warm even with some draft from cracked windows.
The TV didn't work, leaving me channels-less, and the chair was broken which could've been hazardous. The coffee machine was a dud, and the window's inability to stay open made for a noisy morning courtesy of the street traffic. Parking was limited due to some event, which forced me to park on the street. There were a few maintenance issues, but they're fixable, and I'd consider coming back for another stay.

The staff was super friendly and helped us out big time by ordering pizza for us since the restaurant was closed. The room was really cozy and warm, perfect after a long drive. Check-in was easy-peasy and the room had a comfy bed and lovely shower. Breakfast was really nice with freshly made food, including the best black pudding ever! Loved the atmosphere overall and would totally come back!
Only bummer was no kettle in the room for tea and it got a lil noisy at night with the traffic. Everything was great!
